My blogs
| Introduction | My name is Liz and I am a young adult focused on exploring life's experiences. This introduction was much easier when it was cut and dry, when I was a college student and had the same formulaic structure to follow. I have been out of college now after studying anthropology, geography, and communications and am currently living and teaching in Shanghai, China. I have carried many titles including the following: teacher, team leader, EMT, orchard worker, program assistant, cyclist, and student. I know they are a few in a list of many to come. In the last five years I have circumnavigated the globe on a ship, lived in Italy, graduated from college, cycled across the United States, lead a team of young adults across the US 6x for a Federal Emergency Management Agency volunteer program, and moved to China to teach English. I used to be a quiet kid afraid of doing most things, but I have always been a dreamer. I have transformed greatly over the years while strengthening loyal bonds with wonderful people. Above all, I cherish my relationships and I hope to bring joy and inspiration to those in my life. |
