Introduction	After spending a few years living in center city Philadelphia, I now reside in the Western suburbs of the city in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. Food has become a fundamental part of who I am. I not only enjoy finding new recipes, preparation methods and gadgets, but I love sharing my experiences with others. I consider myself more of an everyday cook with a dash of flare, but do not ever dare to compare me to Rachel Ray. My thoughts on her are simply that she heats things up, she does not create anything... I am challenged with balancing a full-time work schedule and wanting to prepare elaborate meals. I try and make the best of what my schedule allows me to work with, and I hope I can inspire people in similar situations. When not in the kitchen, I am commonly found hanging out with my dog Martini, hiking the Wissahickon, doing yoga, attempting to garden, entertaining, or playing Rock Band.
