Introduction	I love to cook, just something about going into the kitchen with just a handfull of ingredients, mixing just the right amount of this and that, then something delicious happens. I also love cookbooks, but I rarely follow a recipe to the letter. I will usually scour my recipe collection or look online for several and then just kind of "wing it". It's almost always a hit in my house. The problem is that I can almost never duplicate a great recipe. I have started writing the recipes down as I go, but that hasn't worked either. I usually end up misplacing them. So, I came up with the idea of putting them in a blog. Now let's just hope I don't forget my password. LOL. If you are looking for healthy, low-fat recipes, you have come to the wrong place. I grew up in the south so rarely do I skimp on calories. I suppose someone could take one of my recipes and make it low fat. My testers (tasters) Corey age 20, Cody age 16, and Ella age 9. My husband is in the National Guard.
