Introduction	I am a wife of an amazing soldier and a mother of five. Life is now more wonderful than I could have ever imagined. I started a spiritual journey years ago that led me to meeting my saviour, Jesus Christ. I am a strong believer that God gave us everything we need to care for ourselves and heal ourselves, we just need to do the research and fins those things. I have found natural healing for myself and my family through a clean, preservative free diet that includes growing our own food, and essential oils and supplements.
