Introduction	As a devotee of fashion and shopping, I have a few tenets. 1. There is ALWAYS a way to not pay full price. Coupons are my friend. 2. If I don't see, I don't need it. 3. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean I need it. (This one is hard to remember.)
