| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! I love now to be able to come in here and share my day,thoughts and creations. I am married, have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. I have retired from the active workforce now, and I must admit that I still miss the daily interaction with my customers that had become good friends rather than someone just coming in to buy a loaf of bread! Cardmaking and papercrafting happened by accident really. I bought some of those ready made card blanks from the $2 shop for $1.99 for 6 envelopes included (what a bargain)and a few bits and pieces for the grandkids to make their own Christmas cards. The rest is history move over kids make room for nan! My very first card was using one of those bargain card blanks, and because I have a love of shoes some one had given me a little desk calendar with a different shoe for everyday of the year........(how I wish). I was going to give it to my girlfriend for her birthday but couldnt part with it, so made her another! What started out to be a little thing has grown and grown and now I seem to be taking up more and more space. I look forward to seeing you in here again soon, Take care Gwen |
