| Introduction | When I was a kid, my mom and dad waved their fingers and growled, "no motorcycles as long as you live under our roof"....yeah, that sure worked out. Probably like you, since I can remember, I loved anything with wheels, two or four. I've been riding motorcycles pretty much my entire life and have been fortunate enough to earn my living in the motorbike industry, most recently in the gig of a lifetime as the VP of Marketing at Tucker Rocky, one of the top brand building distributors in powersports. My responsibilities include working with the brand mavens at; Answer, MSR, ProTaper, Speed and Strength, Quadboss, Firstgear, BikeMaster and River Road. Throw in developing advertising/branding strategies for Biker's Choice, and I can't believe they pay me! Prior to coming to Texas I spend over 21 years growing Cycle Gear from a couple of greasy bay area locations, into the largest multi-channel retailer in powersports. As CMO of Cycle Gear I was responsible for our marketing, branding, promotional strategy. At Chrome Asylum I get to share my passion for "the life" with folks like you, and I think it's gonna be a hell of a ride. The straight dope, no PC crap, just one rider to another. |
