Favorite movies	It seems to be the ones that don't get a lot of shelf space at Blockbuster. (Although I was surprised to see so many DVDs for "Lars and the Real Girl." Go figure.), Inception, Minority Report, Maltese Falcon
Favorite music	Charice, Wagner, Rimsky-Korsakov, Coltrane, Crosby Stills, Nash & Young, Early Bruce Springsteen, Early Stones, The Chieftains, "World" music, Background music of XM Channel 77.
Favorite books	History (early America, 1930-1950), Autobiographies of early adventurers (pioneers and leaders). Novels about anything where the author is hidden (good luck with that in today's market) and where the story is crisp and real. Old standbys: To Kill a Mockingbird (read it at least once a year); Adventures of Huckleberry Finn; Call of the Wild; Old Man and The Sea.
