| Introduction | The future: To celebrate 30 years of being I aim to run 3 x 100 mile runs over the summer and autumn of 2010 and tell the story of them + some more. The past: I took running up properly, by mistake, in 2005. An accidental ‘yes’ lead to my first ultra that year and since then hours have been spent on trails, tracks, the ergo, mountain sides, in circuits and muddy fields. Despite being determined I have plenty of self doubt. The mixture has lead to me being well suited to an ultra plodder – I have decided to start a blog about my running and how this fits into my life, or should I have reversed that? |
