| Introduction | I write to connect. Life inside my mind is rich - vibrant and textured - and safe. Whereas life in the real world is an uncertain, constant struggle. (Well there is that one looming certainty.) I write to push myself out of my comfort zone. I write to reach, to touch, to explore, to disclose, and to discover. Driven to create, I write as I do from reverence for the magical power of words and in fascination of how the magic and power may be intensified by particular arrangement.
