Introduction	About me....hmmm, tough when you really sit down to think about it, not often when you are asked to describe yourself, I would normally shy away from those questions. So about me. I'm a mother, wife, daughter, sister,and friend. I'm ambitious and outgoing and on a quest to find a whole better me! This includes mind, body and spirit. sounds cliche I know, but it's where I am in my life. I'm about finding balance, finding my voice and just being the best I know I can be.I'm not sure about the path of this blog and what it will evolve into but I do know that I'm on a journey to find a whole better me! I hope you can find something in these blog posts that you can relate to and perhaps you can, like me, be on a journey to find "a whole better you" too!
