| Introduction | I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Georgia in 2018. But my background in nutrition began before then...when my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease when I was in high school, the doctors told us to focus on nutrition as the only medicine that was available to her. This was my inspiration to start researching what's really in our food and how to eat to really nurture our bodies! After college, I continued my education by becoming a PA at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. As a certified PA and my background in nutrition, I wanted to share the things I've come to love and share what I've learned and continue to learn along this journey! |
