| Introduction | Of course, I am NOT a professional food critic. As my Mother would like me to remind everyone. However, I have experience in an array of areas that include what I am writing about. Although not for long, I have worked in bakeries, top notch bed and breakfasts, a restaurant in Boston, hired as an event planner, graduated with a degree in Communiations and I will soon be a graduate with my degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. I most enjoy attending and hosting elegant, fancy and classy dinner parties, yet it seems almost impossible to do at times. Why? People tell me it's the money, or the area we live in, but really my belief is YOU make it what it is. I may not be an expert in cooking, baking, service or party planning, but I can say that I am just like anyone else looking for a special night out. A night that will make me feel warm and cozy inside. For that alone, I have created this online food guide blog to enjoy conversation, friendship and fellowship. I hope this blog allows you to feel a sense of positive connection with not only myself, but others as well. |
