Introduction	I have been cooking and loving it for the past 10 years. I started undertaking it more seriously when I became ill with chronic fatigue syndrome in 2004 and it helped me deal with some of the symptoms, ie depression! What better way to cheer yourself up than a cake or baking something for someone you love! In addition to this, in 2009 I had the opportunity to take part in BBC's Instant Restaurant where I ran a "pop-up" restaurant from my home. Diners paid what they thought the meal was worth - it was very hard work, but I made the most money out of two of us who were cooking in that episode!
