| Introduction | In July 2010 I visited an old friend in Pennsylvania. Nowadays she runs a quilt shop. I have always liked patchwork but it was too much work for my busy schedule. She introduced me to the new art of quilting: rotary cutters, rulers, designer lines of fabric, pre cut fabrics and easy patterns. After 3 days I could not wait to get started on my own.
