About me

Introduction	After years of searching for my Prince Charming I found him!! Carl and I have been married for eight years. We met one another in the last place I would ever have thought... the internet. Yep, on one of the many Singles Websites. After us both discovering there are alot of freaks out there, we found each other (but only days before I was ready to give up.) I not only married Carl but I married a family (as Carl has 4 children from his first marriage.) After 4 years we learned that our family was going to expand, and Jacob joined our family in November 2008. Then we got a very nice surprise in 2011 when we learned that we were pregnant with a daughter, and Katelyn joined our family in April 2012.
Interests	Spending time with Carl (doing just about anything), Watching Jacob sleep, Reading, Scrapbooking (but you wouldn't know it since I am way behind in that area), Following NASCAR, Traveling but I think my traveling days are gone - at least for the next few years. Good thing I saw most of the world (at least those parts I really wanted to see) before I entered Mommyhood.
Favorite music	I use to say I was "George Straits number one fan" I don't know if I'd go that far anymore but I do still really like George (still have all of his albums... are they still called albums??). I like most music except for rap and crap with a bunch of bad lyrics.
Favorite books	Books!! I love books (thus the degree in English Literature). I read anything... books cereal boxes shampoo bottles junk mail it doesn't matter. As far as books go though my favorites tend to be... anything by John Grisham or Nicholas Sparks. And of course I like the Twilight series.
