| Introduction | I aim through sustainable farming to produce good, wholesome food, sold locally under my friendly farmer brand, and hopefully have plenty of fun along the way. Working on the family farm with my parents, I have been farming since I could put on a pair of Wellingtons. I went to Mountbellew Agriculture College to study Agribusiness and finished up my degree in Marketing/Agribusiness in GMIT. I spent some years working in marketing, I then did a stint over seas in Poland managing a large arable and dairy farm, until I returned home to set up a business producing food on the family farm and selling it locally directly to the consumer. |
