Introduction	My life changed drastically in 2010. I joined Team in Training to train for and ride 100 miles in one day. Through the process, I learned so much about myself, about the need to give back to the community, and about how addicting training with a Team can be! I went on to train for and run the Hershey Half Marathon in October. This year's goal is an olympic distance triathlon! Who's coming with me?
