| Introduction | OIAA was formed in October, 2008. Genoa Ingram, of Court Street Consultants in Salem, Oregon brought a group of independent aggregate mine owners, crushing and drilling companies together in Eugene, Oregon to see if there was interest in forming an association. The interest was there, and the group was formed. There has been a strong emphasis on MSHA related issues, and OIAA members have been working hard ever since. |
