IntroductionAfter many years of fitness and excercise, I have been in and out of shape a few times. Sometimes a few weeks, other times a few years for various reasons. At the age of 40, I strive to stay fast and fit for life by developing a total fitness training program. In order to share my training experience with others, I have posted a simple fitness plan that will enable almost anyone to get in shape. It's not overnight and you won't gain bulging muscles, however you will train at a slow, consistant pace to avoid injury and burnout. This allows you to keep building your fitness level without undue layoffs. Hope you enjoy my blog and utilize the information to get in shape.
