Oldboy is a professor of Anthropology with a research interest in Food in Culture. He has travelled (and eaten) throughout West Africa, the Middle East, Europe and North America. As an Anthropologist he pays particular attention to the restaurant and food’s authenticity and background. He is getting into the world of real BBQ and frequently enjoys the “spicy” side of food. |
