| Introduction | 1997, a year of revolution for the Eurobeat panorama, then undergoing a pause that was opening new scenes – and in 1997 Stefano Castagna and Avex found together the possibility to experiment in new productions, made to enrich the group of Eurobeat Avex labels. Stefano Castagna (who had already worked independently for Flea, Time, ABeatC, Vibration) set out on this adventure with lyrics-writer and assistant producer Evelina Somenzi. The Italian genius for melody and creativeness met with the solid Japanese passion for the best in every way. Thanks to Avex, they got ready to face together the challenge of the new music millennium; SCP is proud to be still a part of that project. |
