| Introduction | About me... I am a freelance writer, a mother, an artist, and a Social Service Worker. I have had articles published in local community newspapers and I just love writing. My first book, Calcutta is Everywhere, is about spiritual poverty, loneliness, hope and resilience. They are often right in our own country, our own communities, indeed in our own hearts. It explores the 'wrestling with the Spirit' most of us need to do if we are to grow and discern our true vocation. The work chronicles my own journey from despair to hope, and parallels this journey with those of others who have suffered much and moved beyond it to find transformation and joy. |
