| Introduction | I am a Mum and work part-time for Nationwide Bldg Soc. I've not always had a weight problem. I was slim up to the age of 25, but years of hormone treatments and IVF took their toll. I also became rather lazy, I suppose,in looking after my body, lost confidence and sabotaged myself. Hence the weight I now find myself. All is going to change!!! |
