| Introduction | I have been cooking in The Bay Tree since 1989, when my children were 9 and 11. I was an employee then, working just 4 hours a day. But things evolved and I gradually did a bit more, until in 1994 I bought the business.We expanded in 2002, and changed the restaurant again in 2007. I have always been in the kitchen, learning as I've gone along, and always mad about The Bay Tree and food. |
