He has close to 30 years' work experience, first as an advertising copywriter and creative director (with Saatchi, BBDO and JWT in Singapore and Canada); then as a regional brand/marketing communications leader with technology giants HP and Lenovo; and finally as a brand and marketing consultant with some top firms in the field. He is currently founder and principal consultant of CourageousBrands, and focused on helping brands find courage, and marketers and their organizations become their best selves.
