Introduction	Hi! My name is Erin and I am obsessed with food,cooking, wining and dining. I am a Florida girl who just moved to Albany, New York. I started cooking about 5 years ago when I started dating my (now)fiance. We started cooking together and then somewhere along the way he made his way out of the kitchen and now I cook and he eats! This is just fine by me as long as I have a great glass of wine by my side! Now I am planning a wedding, adjusting to the cold weather and cooking as much as I possibly can. This blog is for anyone who loves to eat food, cook food or talk about food. From someone who just 5 years ago could barely boil water, if I can do it, you can too!
