| Introduction | I have working in publishing for more than two decades, both as a staff and freelance writer and editor. I knew before I was old enough to work a typewriter that I wanted to write for a living, and here I am. I am currently self-employed as a contractor to several publications across Canada and to private book clients. I love writing and editing content about construction, architecture, engineering, forestry, the environment, travel, and clean, healthy living. I homeschool two children, spent a ridiculous amount of time outside, and, occasionally, enjoy quiet time with my husband. This blog is a place to write notes, journals, comments, and opinions on various topics relating to education and adult learning. I welcome constructive feedback of all types. Let's go! |
