| Introduction | As a career coach I use my own experiences and challenges to give you the skill and confidence to achieve your own goals and recognise your own success. My coaching style is very relaxed but challenging, I will not let you believe that you cannot do something when I know that you have the ability to also find the passion for your career that I have found. I will not let you stop yourself from identifying your full potential and then plan to achieve or overcome your boundaries. Through the career development program you will be given the plan and structure that will build the foundation you need to move forward. Additional to this, throughout the sessions you will be provided with the guidance and assistance that will help you develop the core tools that you need to take your career to the next level. Whether you chose to complete each stage of the program or just choose those that you feel a relevant to you the outcome will be of benefit to both yourself and your career. |
