Introduction I am a Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef, a food writer and a political and new technology pundit. Member, IACP (The International Association of Culinary Professionals) & The James Beard Foundation. I have had many chapters in my life. From Sheriff's Deputy for Santa Barbara Co. to working for the US Secret Service, protecting then President Ronald Reagan at his Santa Barbara Ranch. After a decade stint as a Medical Tech, I decided to go to Le Cordon Bleu and become a Chef. I enjoy a intellectualy rich life, and I try to surround myself with funny, honest, postive minded people who have integrity and compassion.
