| Introduction | Shortly after moving to Las Vegas, I practiced yoga for the first time in February of 2007; I hated it. Six months later, I took another class and I fell in love and became a certified yoga instructor in August of 2008. I love teaching yoga to members of my church and community. Incorporating a yoga-inspired lifestyle has led me to make several radical changes in my life. I encourage others to change their lives by taking better care of themselves while leading an exemplary life of health and wellness myself. I yearn to inspire change in others, much in the same way others have inspired change in me. I am extremely busy (who isn't) and I earned my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I am working on getting certified as a Holistic Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I am a certified yoga instructor at Vegas Hot! Yoga & Pilates, Las Vegas Athletic Club and Enlighten Up Yoga. For anyone who cares, my name means ‘God is good’ in Igbo, a Nigerian language. |
