| Introduction | Our Grace is the most beautiful, inspiring, loving and affection child you could ever imagine. Her infectious laugh spreads like fire amongst those around her and her bright blue angel eyes light up the room when smiles a smile that animates her whole face. Grace loves life, she loves everyone around her and in return she expects that everyone around her loves her too! She is fiercely independent, will overcome anything that is thrown at her and slowly, in her own time and at her own speed, she will achieve whatever she wants and overcome any obstacle in her way. Grace is almost 10 years old, she has a rare genetic syndrome called Smith-Magenis syndrome. Grace has a severe learning difficulty, mobility weakness due to low muscle tone, spinal curvature, speech delay,hearing impairment, challenging behaviours and erratic sleep patterns. But most importantly - she is our inspirational pretty little angel-eyed girl..... |
