Introduction	I am a 30-something mother of 3 that has heard it all, seen most of it, or at least knows something about it. ;) I have a great love for all things natural and an aversion to western medicine's practice of fixing you when you are broken rather than preserving and sustaining wellness. I have a passion for good food and herbs grown responsibly, and I incorporate it into daily life. I love great music and aspire to being a deep Kelly Green in my commitment to a sustainable planet. My favorite colors are green and violet and I have a not-so-secret love of chocolate, specifically dark.
