| Introduction | I graduated from Emporia State University in 1996 with a teaching degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in the Wichita Public Schools as a certified paraeducator, a long term substitute, and a classroom teacher teaching 4th grade and 2nd grade. I have also taught 1st grade and 2nd grade in Coffeyville, Kansas. I have taught elementary special education, high school special education, and early childhood special education through Tri-County and ANW Special Education Coops. I spent one school year teaching middle school language arts, social studies, and computers. I taught Early Head Start for 2 years working with families with children from birth to 3 years old. |
