Introduction	RAPP is a nine-month experiential learning program for students to challenge, debate, and educate each other on issues of social justice. We explore areas of difference such as race, culture, gender, socioeconomic class, religion, and sexuality. RAPP members explore a variety of theories related to social justice, participate in self-awareness activities, and develop skills in cross-cultural communication and leadership.
