| Introduction | Well I don't know about being a diva, I certainly can't sing, but I did think it sounded good for a title! My husband and I just became expats in Abu Dhabi after spending a year in New York's Hudson River Valley. Before that we were in Charlotte, NC for almost 10 years, which is where we call home. Our grown children, my mom, and many friends live in the Carolinas. For now I'm not working, other than a little tutoring and maybe some substitute teaching. Just having fun as a Expat and experiencing this adventure we call life! |

| Favorite movies | Sabrina (the newer one), Return to Me, While You Were Sleeping, most chick flicks w/ happy endings, and inspirational movies. I HATE anything with too much blood, gore, creepy things, and especially when the god guy (or girl) dies at the end! |
| Favorite music | Most anything except rap, it gives me a headache! |
| Favorite books | The Bible, 3 Cups of Tea, In A Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day, The Secret Life of Bees, The Last Lecture, Mother Without A Mask,.... I like memoirs, inspirational stories, self-help, etc. I love reading and have enjoyed having extra time for it lately! |
