Introduction	I'm about change, instigating it, questioning it, driving it, wanting it, making it. I've learnt to thrive on it, and subsequently have come across this new area called innovation, (ok, it's not new, but hell) and I want more. So, me, a non-static being, that likes discussing what, where and why. Oh yeah, I like How to and when is important. I'm told I have an opinion, I'm happy about that, I want more people to feel they do to. I hope, I can change mine, I like discussions that result in people (including me) developing new knowledge and changing their existing knowledge (or opinions)... Oh yeah, you'll have to get over the apparent sarcasm, it's part of the beast, but I will confirm (I mean I did a test, and it was confirmed) I'm an optimist so we will get there ! I don't like numbers, I don't want to have to find one, I like people, so numbers I won't look for !
