| Introduction | Hmmm...I am a suburban Ohio mother & the "Mix Flick Chick" for local radio station, MIX 107.9 FM. I grew up loving everything about Hollywood and the movies....and I am totally star-struck and media-savvy to this day. I spend a lot of time taping movies and TV shows that I never have time to watch...usually because I'm driving my kids around, surfing the net or trying to decide what take-out we're having for dinner tonight! I was a Journalism/PR major way back in college, and then descended on LA with big Hollywood dreams. I ended up working in advertising&promotion for King World-a company that was handling a few little shows you may have heard of: Oprah, Wheel and Jeopardy. It was a wild & wacky few years in La-La Land, but I'm back in the Midwest, at least for now. The future, who knows? I would love to someday write a great screenplay....unfortunately, when it comes down to it -- I would actually rather watch a good movie than write one. Basically......I just wanna talk about movies, inform you a little, oh yeah -- and hopefully make you laugh. Enjoy! |
