| Introduction | Once upon a time, I worked for a life insurance agency and it was here I garnered my first commercial writing success. I created an office procedures issued to all agencies. For that I got a bonus… and the writing bug. After a varied career, I married and joined the so-called sandwich generation.When things calmed down, (as if) I joined a few writer’s groups and started writing novel-length fiction. My work finaled in back to back finals in The PACIFIC NORTHWEST WRITERS ASSOCIATION’S annual literary competition, adult genre and romance genre respectively. Those two are published. Another work, a mystery, is due out in early 2011.. .I currently live in Georgia with my husband, pesky pets, and peskier plots battling characters for my attention. |
