| Introduction | Hey all, may name is Marc Berarducci. I grew up with my Italian grand parents who had an Italian Bar / Restaurant and naturally, with my grandmother made fresh pasta and ravioli and sauces from the day I was born.... always had a passion for food but never thought of using this as a tool in which to build a career as it was more of a life-style. Now in my 40's I see the importance of enjoying life and doing what ones LOVES to do. I teach pasta making and Italian cooking, catering and personal chef and am currently working on the opening of an authentic Italian Cafe. I have been doing Coffee Shop consulting involving all start-up related responsibilites from product sourcing, store planning to marketiing and image creation. Going deeper.... I have a Masters in Marketing Management from school located somewhere in Switzerland... worked in Paris France for about 4 years, in London for 2 then was moved down to Rome, ended up in Florence, started an Art School and here I am! |
