IntroductionI started cooking allergy-free when my husband discovered several allergies (of course, everything we normally ate) - wheat, dairy, beef, chicken, turkey, eggs, yeast, and tomatoes. We also noticed that our two-year-old daughter's cheeks broke out in a red rash whenever she had cinnamon, soy, nuts, or corn. We have learned to accept this challenge in our lives, and are now changed for the better. Our goals are to eat whole, fresh foods, eliminate refined sugar, and include many more unique and different foods than I ever dreamed possible in our diet.
