| Introduction | I've lived gluten free since 1981 when I found the cause of my ill health was gluten intolerance, multiple food sensitivities and chemical allergies. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, 2nd hand smoke and the finally identified 3rd hand smoke. I avoid yeast products and all forms of alcohol. A small sip of wine makes me feel drunk! I love travelling, being on the open road and exploring remote regions of the world. |
