| Introduction | Stress is a daily part of me. I tend to relieve it by reading or watching a movie. Those are two things I can get lost in. I also like to compose thoughts in my head and attempt to make a clear and concise story on a computer screen. Although it tends to come out a mess it is my mess and I am proud. |
| Interests | I love learning about people, reading, watching movies, listening to music, trying to be funny, and above all having something to think about. Really I am never at a loss for something to talk about but, when there is someone around to talk to I think I look less crazy. |
| Favorite movies | I like a lot of movies and a lot of different kinds of movies. A few examples are: Maltese Falcon, Casablanca, It's a Wonderful Life, The Exorcist, North by Northwest, Half Nelson, Star Wars (the original three anyways), The Negotiator and I could go on and on. I suppose I should add that I really like silly comedy also. Like Tommy Boy, and Bridesmaids (I love Paul Feig)and I could never forget Young Frankenstein or I Love You Man. I have a thing for Gene Wilder (have since I was a kid and saw this for the first time) |
| Favorite music | My taste in music is as varied as my movies. Throw in something from the fifties or sixties and you can never go wrong in my book. But, I love everything sans most opera. Then again I have never really given it a chance. I am really not picky when it comes to music as long as it is that music and not noise that assaults my eardrums. |
| Favorite books | To Kill a Mockingbird (But, I think everyone has to include that), anything by David Sedaris but Me Talk Pretty One Day is my favorite, The Perks of Being a Wallflower was phenomenal. Abe Lincoln Vampire Hunter wasn't bad. I love me some Shakespeare. I have a not so secret love affair with Hemingway and Fitzgerald. Really though if there is a story that draws me in with characters that I can identify with then I am game. |
