| Introduction | I have been running since the early '70's, the original running boom, when I lived in Orlando, FL. I got introduced to running trails in the 1980's when I attended Running camps in Brevard, NC and then in Asheville, NC, the Blue Ridge. I got into Triathlon in about 1985, but my real love is still running trails. I consider myself a Triathlete even though I don't compete anymore. I still swim, bike, and run, just more running than biking and swimming. Most of my running is in the Northeast Georgia area and I spend a lot of time on the trails at Stone Mountain Park. |
