Introduction	Henry commonly is also known as 'Musomesa' He holds a BA.Business Administraion,UN Certified e-Governance Specialist & Diploma in Agriculture Economics and he is a Microsoft and Cisco certified Technology Integrator with 5 years experience. He is the Founder & Chair for Alliance of Farm Innovators (AFI-K) a newly organized cooperative of smallholder farmers in Kamiira & Tororo.The primary function is intensify and develop a variety of value & commodity chain markets through building smallholder farmer cooperatives in rural communities to improve efficiency, business linkages among smallholder farmers and other value chain actors. Henry is skilled in the various procedures from land acquisitions, making contracts of land acquired, land preparations, right kind and type of soil, elevations, sustainable water mgt and growing and protecting the crops from pests and diseases and other cultural operations. Experience in identifying and solving agricultural field challenges.
