Introduction	When I was born my parents gave me Ps 91:11 as my "life verse" - "For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." Well, God has been faithful, more than faithful to do just that throughout my short life. And there is a greater purpose to the Lord guarding my life than for me to simply be guarded or protected. He has been on my guard so that He would work in me - in some mysterious way I know not (I Cor. 1:18) - that I should be an instrument for His glory (Jer. 9:24), though I am weak and feeble (2 Cor. 9-10), and has determined from before time that my life would be for Him (Is 43:7), to be fully spent and expended for His glory and the souls of lost men (2 Cor. 12:15), by proclaiming the beautiful and wondrous name, that name which is above all names, the name of Jesus Christ, who is "worthy [b/c He is] the Lamb that was slain to receive power & riches & wisdom & glory & blessing! (Rev. 5:12).
