Introduction	During the summer months I am busy with two local area farmer markets. I sell pies, breads, cinnamon buns, produce from our garden, as well as fruits from our orchard. I also do catering and baking, and many of my past customers have been from the business community. During the winter I spend a lot of time researching recipes and trying out new dishes on family and friends. I also wrote a cookbook for my niece, Krista Collins of South Carolina. I included not just recipes, but family history for her as well, and hopefully she will pass this down to her daughters someday.
Favorite books	My best friend Kathy turned me on to reading the mystery books by Diane Mott Davidson. Each book also has some really good recipes as well.
