| Introduction | Ramabhadran Sreedharan, the founder and Chief Executive of Kearalaponics. Born and brought up in Munroehuruth, Kollam in Kerala state. Employed in Travancore Titanium Products, Thiruvananthapuram up to the year 2009. Retired from Titanium as Asst. Executive Engineer(Ele) after completing 36 years of service. Living in Perurkada, Thiruvananhapuram. Started blogging and organized Keralaponics in the year 2010. Keralaponics is a voluntary organization situated in the capital city of Kerala. The mission of Keralaponics is to promote various Organic farming techniques in India. The key areas selected for development are ; Aquaponics, Organic hydroponics, Aquaculture, Urban farming techniques like Terrace gardening, Lotus and Water lily farming, Vertical gardening, Cultivation of leafy vegetables, Production and marketing of Value added products from Organic vegetables, fruits and herbs. |
