Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

No, they are certainly separate entities. How else do you explain the spork which is clearly their offspring? It is a recent creation dating back only a decade or so. Spoons and Forks have existed for centuries. As a child I was well aware that the fork was the husband, the spoon was the wife and the knife the priest. (Playing wedding was a way to pass the time before dinner was served)
