| Introduction | Well my name is Elyssa, everyone just calls me lyss or lyssa. I became a fitness fanatic about 6-ish years ago due to health problems at the age of 12. I love to be active and share any tips and tricks into nutriton and fitness (I also LOVE getting tips from others). I love music with all my heart because it helps make the fitness part of my life much easier. I tend to be blunt and upfront. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle has helped me over come a lot of health issues and keeps me going every day :) |

| Favorite movies | Do I really have to choose??? There are SO many! I am more of an action, thriller, or horror kind of gal |
| Favorite music | Almost anything but country and most rap. I do like a couple rap songs but the majority of my playlist lies in either rock/metal/80's hair bands or pop/dance. Lady Gaga is probably my most favorite artist. |
| Favorite books | Stephanie Plum Series, Resident Evil Series, Jane Austin Books, Edgar Allan Poe, Thomas Harris, Stephanie Myers (yes I do like them....movies are kind of lame but I do like the books) |
